We will be hosting our fantastic 2 day Christmas market at the Albert Halls, Stirling again this year. The dates for the market are the 30th of November and 1st of December.  

Our market will have over 60 local artisans, across this 2 day event.  It's always a fabulous event showcasing the best of our local talent including art, ceramics, textiles, bakes to name just a few. Each of the last 4 years our footfall has been around 1500, proving its popularity.

It really is a fantastic event, with wonderful local talent and there is always an amazing buzz across the weekend. Our team of Volunteers are always on hand to welcome you and help out over the weekend. As usual we will be supporting Strathcarron Hospice which is a hugely deserving cause, and one that is close to everyone's hearts.

I am holding our pricing again this year. The price for the main hall for 1 day is £65, 2 days is £110, and for the upstairs hall it is £55 for 1 day and 2 days £90. I cannot guarantee your 1st choice, but will get in touch if I can give you another option. Over the years I have tried my best to accommodate those that want a little extra space either for display rails, or an extra side table, but this is being requested more and more, so to make it fairer to all those attending I have introduced a small fee for those that would like to request it. Due to the venue's Health and Safety I only have a few extra spaces so I will try my best to accommodate those that request it. If I can't I will let you know.  

Our hire cost includes 1x 6ft trestle table, 1x light grey tablecloth, 1x chair, access to Wifi, free refreshments for stallholders and electricity for those that need it (this is not guaranteed and will be on a first come first served basis). For Health and Safety reasons I have been asked by the venue that you stick to the space behind the trestle table, unless you have requested extra space on your registration form.  

I limit the number of stallholders in a similar category to ensure stallholders maximise capacity for sales so please check the box to let me know your product category. To be fair to all our stallholders I ask you to only bring along products in the category you have signed up for.

I will be marketing the event through our social media channels, as well as an article in our local magazine Love Local.  

The market will be open 10am - 5pm on the Saturday and 10am - 4pm on the Sunday for customers.  

Set up for stallholders will be between 8-10am on the day of the market, and de-rig I have secured the hall for 1hr after closing to customers.  If you book both days, or just the Saturday there will be the option to set up on the Friday evening between 6pm - 8pm.  If you book for both days you will be able to leave your stall set up ready for the Sunday.

Please remember this is only a registration of interest form, so you will receive an email from me to let you know if you have been successful or not by the end of May, so please make sure you register your interest by the end of April.  

Note - food and drink stallholders will be required to send copies of Food Hygiene and EHO certificates if you are successful in securing a stall.

Due to the number of late cancellations last year, full payment will be required by the end of June.   For cancellations refunds will only be honoured with 6 weeks notice, as this give me the opportunity to offer your spot to another stallholder.
